Therefore, this event starts the process from cutting trees to make a bowl.

This is an long term experience-based event what is proposes to help farm work until bowl is fished up for 6 month.

Chapter 1 : Cut trees in forest
■【Process1：Thinning tree】 ＠Mt. Amagi Dec 5th 2010
Let the sunshine in forest
and grow trees healthy.
The work makes root strong
and soil high water-retentive.
Forest needs maintenance。
■【Process2：Wood to bowl】
It is one of important things
how use thinning trees.
Shape a tree into a bowl first,
and then dry out them.
Just leave them about 3 month
till next process.

Harvest＋Time of making a bowl of soup（@restaurant”aiai” in Numazu）
①Wooden spoon workshop by Izushinrinyumekobo
②Pizza with stone oven used by thinning tree.
③Talk about field and vegetable by organic/natural farming producers.

【Process2：accept join event】
Date：Feb 20th(Sun) 2011
Location：Takaodai in Numazu city（10min by car from Numazu highway Exit）
Capacity：50 guests
Fee：3000 yen （under 12：1800 yen）
※Nonparticipant of workshop(wooden spoon) 1500yen（under 12：800 yen）
Require：knife ・drink as you like
Workshop of wooden spoon used by thinning tree at cabin.
Pizza bus with stone oven from Shimoda.
After workshop, enjoy pizza used by thinning tree and outdoor fireplace in the Sunday afternoon.
Gift：wooden spoon meked by owen yourself.
※Entry available for nonparticipant process1
Making spoon workshop is about 10 people for each group.Therefore the start time is divided into five groups.
Lunch is after activity.
Sharing five kinds of pizza.
（about one pizza each）
Free time after lunch.
Farmers have a talk about their field and vegetables about 20min.
If you have interest ,join that talk.
Please feel free to bring alcohols and food.
Enjoy your day-off around fire!!!
■About spoon
Making 18cm length spoon used by thinning tree cut in Dec(process1).
Burned name as you like is possible and bring it home.
If you would like to urethane treatment for spoon,
leave it with Yumekobo once.
After about 2 weeks, we give it at REFS.
Extra 500 yen required.
※Urethane treatment, it covers the face of wood and not only makes feel smooth but also protect from oil and water.
